Tipping Cow Ice Cream

Tipping Cow handcrafts the only 100% peanut, tree-nut, and sesame-free ice cream in New England and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to Stall 5 on the Courtyard. Tipping Cow serves up creative and unusual flavors as well as the classics with their small-batch, homemade, gourmet ice creams. Everyone knows fig and goat cheese are a powerhouse flavor combo, and we are so glad to have Tipping Cow show us the next level ice cream version. (Offering consistent vegan options makes us happy too!)

Founded in 2013 and acquired by David Lindsey and Gerly Adrien in 2018, the Somerville-based Tipping Cow is committed to the idea of food as an outlet for creativity and simply wanting everyone to enjoy ice cream without limitation.
