Artemis Yoga is BACK for the FOURTH SEASON IN A ROW to bring outdoor yoga to the patio!
We are also partnering with Rite Tea + Espresso for a post-class refreshment, included in your ticket price!
Tickets are $10 each + include the class PLUS a seasonal Cold Tea from Rite Tea + Espresso to enjoy after.

Outdoor Yoga
We are so excited to be bringing back outdoor yoga to The Speedway! This class will be held in the outdoor space in the center of The Speedway. This is Flow Yoga class geared for all levels, all are welcome! This class will guide you through the principles of alignment-based instruction that incorporates flow-based movement with breath to get your body going. You will find this class is a wonderful way to begin your day while building flexibility and strength of body with calmness of mind. Bring your own mat and any props you may need such as a towel or block(s).
