We are also partnering with our Friends in the Speedway at Notch Brewing or Super Bien for a post class refreshment! Take the party to the upper courtyard after class!
Tickets are $25 each or $40 for 2, if you bring a friend!
Your $25 ticket includes the class PLUS either:
- A glass of wine from Super Bien Grocery Bar (or non-alc of choice!)
- A beer from Notch Brewing (or non-alc of choice!)
What is barre3?
barre3 is a full body balanced workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness.
Each class will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
Join us for a fun, all-level fitness class that celebrates your inherent strength and connects you to self and community!
Never done barre3? It’s not your average barre class – so expect to be surprised, have a great time, and experience muscle & mind engagement like never before.
We provide all the equipment and plenty of modification options throughout class.
Please bring your own mat!
