Our resident wine queen, Maia, hates pairing wine w/ dessert! Especially chocolate desserts. (It’s really hard!) So she’s decided to teach an entire class about it—haha! It’s a thing a lot of people ask about, so we’re doing it for you <3 In this class, you’ll get a handful of very South American desserts—membrillo (quince) & cheese! Dulce de Leche! Alfajores!—and wines that pair with them. We’ll eat sweet treats and ~*discuss*~ SOUNDS FUN! LET’S DO IT!
