The Speedway is now leasing space for food and beverage operators, small shops, makers and artisans, creative business and non-profit office users. Available spaces range from 250 to 5,000 SF.

Our vision for The Speedway is to bring together a dynamic mix of local independent retail operators that safely draw the public into the site to experience this historic asset in a reimagined and unique way.

Our friends at Graffito will continue to work with AHF as the project transitions from development to leasing and will lead the charge on the retail leasing efforts for The Speedway.
