Notch Provisions

Notch Provisions

Notch Brewing has opened up their own food stall at The Speedway, serving German, Czech, and Bavarian influenced snacks and platters that are the perfect addition to their biergarten and taproom offerings. Think warm soft pretzels, tinned fish, pickled veggies, bratwurst and cheese plates, and Belgian waffles…. happiness.

Notch Provisions will be open the same hours as the Tap Room until one hour before we close.

Birds of Paradise

Birds of Paradise

Birds of Paradise is a 45 Seat cocktail bar inspired by the golden age of travel. Each cocktail is inspired by two destinations where we take inspiration from cultural ingredients and put our creative spin to deliver a drinking experience that will transport you with each sip.

From the team that has brought us Blossom Bar, Ivory Pearl, and Baldwin Bar.

We’re in – for the cocktails, the escapism, and for all the creative energy!

Super Bien

Super Bien, a Latin American-inspired grocery bar, features the empanadas, sauces, and snacks with a twist that Melissa Stefanini’s Buenas is known for at her Bow Market location. Sample creative new dishes and South American wines at the dine-in counter or pick up pre-packaged frozen emps and sauces on the go. Melissa’s gorgeous space, warm hospitality, and creative food offerings will keep you coming back for more (but make sure you bring home some snacks to keep you sated in the meantime.)

The Koji Club

The Koji Club

Boston’s first sake bar!

The Koji Club is a safe space to learn about and celebrate Japanese sake, and to reframe sake from an esoteric sushi companion to an approachable everyday beverage choice. At the Koji Club, guests can enjoy sake while also learning about its culture and history from an industry leader and tastemaker.

Founded in 2020 by advanced sake professional Alyssa Mikiko DiPasquale, the Koji Club started out as a “virtual clubhouse” of bi-weekly tastings and special events, though the long term vision always included a physical location. We are so glad Alyssa found her home in The Speedway.

In July 2022, Alyssa was named Boston Magazine‘s Best Beverage Director in their annual Best of Boston issue.
